  Food here is mediocre at best to me but the beau loves this place. Normally we get delivery and it takes about 40-45 to be delivered, obviously it's lukewarm at that point. This time we decided to go in on Black Friday. It was empty other than 4 ppl already seated and eating so we were able to have our order taken right away. Originally I requested all flat traditional buffalo wings and was told they wouldn't accommodate that, not even for extra $. Whatever, just give me the boneless buffalo wings with a side of ranch dressing. The beau ordered potato skins and chicken flatbread. Unfortunately when we got home we believe they mixed up the order and gave him a chicken pizza.
  Again it was lukewarm and mediocre. And now I'm not really sure what to make of this place because later that evening the food was regurgitated out of both ends and that was the only thing I ate that day so that's the only thing I can contribute it to. Needless to say, I won't be eating from here again.
  1 star for convenience and
  1 star for the beau, he'll be back and
  1 star for the restroom being clean and smells like cinnamon

  The manager is the worst. I had a delivery order that they completely messed up. I asked for ketchup and a cheese cup because there was no list for condiments. Instead I got actual shredded cheese in a cup instead of cheese sauce and ketchup all over a grilled cheese sandwich. Like how does that make sense ? If you were confused about my online order than call that's what my number is there for. Although, I don't think there was anything confusing about it.
  
  To top it all off he said he could remake it and send a driver out when he has another order going to riverside. So that's could be hours, I said no cause I waited long enough. He said I can give you a $5 dollar credit to which I laughed because I spent $25. Then he said he will give me a refund and send a driver to come and pick up the food? How tacky! Not that I am eating it but you can send a driver out here to retrieve food you already sent and messed up but you can't  send a driver whenever to bring me new food? Never ever ever again.

  I like Pat's food but believe dining in is the more better way to go. After ordering delivery on numerous occasions,  it baffles me how they can't seem to get delivery orders right consistently and does little to nttn for customers and their inconvenience.  It's this type of unprofessionalism that leads me the desire to choose a different establishment.

  Amazing pizza and cheesesteak bites! Can't go wrong! Crust was light and airy. Everything else was amazing.

  I tried Pats twice and the good was horrible. Sorry but it is what it is. I ate the pizza by the way.
